Pick the apps that own you
Choose the apps and categories Lievo blocks — social, streaming, games, whatever eats your hours. They stay peacefully shielded until you earn them.
Screen time, earned
Lievo shields the apps that eat your day. To open them, you do a quick set of real, camera-verified exercise — squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, high knees, or a wall sit. Move before you scroll.

Every screen-time app fails at the same moment — when ignoring the limit is free. Lievo puts a price on the bypass, and the price is good for you.

Tap the shield and Lievo opens your camera. Squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, high knees, or a wall sit — every rep is verified by on-device motion tracking. No honor system. No skipping.
Your apps open for the window you earned — on your Home Screen, Lock Screen, and Dynamic Island. When it ends, the shield returns. Move again whenever you want more.
Lievo is built on the science of "exercise snacks" — brief bursts of movement spread through the day.
Just 3–4 short bursts of movement a day were linked to up to 40% lower risk of early death. Nature Medicine, 2022
"Ten bodyweight squats every 45 minutes improved blood sugar control better than a single 30-minute walk."
Scandinavian Journal of Medicine & Science in Sports, 2024"As little as 30–60 minutes of strength work per week was associated with 10–20% lower risk of death."
British Journal of Sports Medicine, 2022Findings above are from observational and experimental research on physical activity in general populations; they describe associations and trial results, not guarantees. Lievo is a wellness app, not a medical device, and doesn't provide medical advice.
Small on your phone. Serious underneath.
On-device motion tracking counts honest reps — full squats, real push-ups, genuine holds. Waving at the camera doesn't work. We tried.
Quick set for a short window, full set for a long one. You set per-exercise rep ranges; every unlock is a trade you chose.
Your earned window ticks down on the Home Screen, Lock Screen, and in the Dynamic Island — then the shield quietly returns.
Squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, high knees, and wall sits — each with coaching, form-friendly detection, and your own targets.
Daily streaks, milestone cards, and a monthly recap of every rep you traded for screen time — shareable if you're proud. You will be.
Every session saves as a real workout, with duration and energy, right in Apple Health.
Every rep you traded for screen time adds up. Lievo wraps each month into a recap — total reps, your per-exercise breakdown, streaks, and unlocks earned.
Proud of it? Share the card. That's the whole marketing budget.

Lievo was created by a practicing cardiologist who spends his days seeing what too much sitting does to hearts — and his evenings, like everyone else, fighting the pull of a glowing screen. The fix isn't more willpower. It's making the bypass button cost ten squats.
Your iPhone's front camera watches your movement while Apple's on-device Vision framework tracks your body's joints — knees, hips, shoulders, elbows. A squat only counts when you actually squat to depth; a wall sit only counts while you're genuinely holding. Frames are processed in memory on your phone and discarded. Nothing is uploaded, ever.
Any apps or whole categories you choose, using Apple's Screen Time technology — social media, streaming, games, news, all of it. You pick the list, and you can change it any time in Settings.
Calls, messages, and everything you didn't block always work normally — Lievo only shields the apps you told it to. And because the commitment is yours, you can remove an app from your blocked list in Lievo's settings whenever you choose. The friction is real, but you hold the key.
Lievo is free to start — block an app and earn unlocks with any exercise. Premium ($6.99/month, $39.99/year, or a one-time lifetime purchase) adds unlimited blocked apps, custom unlock durations, effort tiers, and scheduled blocking hours.
Only if you want it. After a session you can save or share a clip — with an optional motion-skeleton overlay — and that clip lives wherever you put it. Skip it, and the footage was never stored at all.
Your feed can wait ten squats.
